Early 20th Century Pullman Railroad Car Luggage Rack brass sconce Rowe Vending Machine Coc. 1910s 1920s; The Pullman Co. Chicago, IL Cast iron and steel luggage rack from a Pullman passenger railcar. This wall mounted rack features cast end brackets with original part numbers and a wire mesh grate designed to hold passengers' bags, coats, and hats during long rail journeys. Painted in its original green finish, the surface has aged to a time earned patina, with wear along edges and oxidation at joints. The diamond pattern grate shows some
