RL Winston Bamboo Fly Rod 5'10" 2/1 #3/4 8'1" very old: so-called HARD RUBBERA RL Winston bamboo fly rod, 5'10", 2 piece, 1 tip, built for a #3 or #4 line. Serial #1372. 2 ounces. Used with considerable hand soiling on the grip but the varnish is in great condition. Full flexing action. Dark wheatstraw color cane in a three up node pattern. Tan wraps with maroon edges at the keeper, ferrules, and tip tops. The stripping guide is carbide and the snakes are chrome. The owner's name is inscribed on the rod as well as other data.
