All original and in good condition. The finish is mostly worn off but it retains a pleasant look. Original length ribbed brass foot and duplicated MKII check. The reel has a bit of "spool rock" so it's not the tightest example but it's still a very fishable reel. No cracks, dings or chips. Dark brown unblemished agate line guide. Wonderful
