Heiwa Yuzushu - Sake 720ml chilled red Bright peaches and plump Mildura-grownTsuru ume Yuzushu from Heiwa Shuzo in Wakayama, Japan, blends one year old junmai sake with locally grown yuzu juice in a generous 1: 1 ratio, far higher than most yuzushu. The fruit is pressed with its peel, capturing the yuzu's sweet, tart and gently bitter character. Bright, intensely aromatic and refreshing rather than cloying.
