Up Up Dark Sea Salt stocktake2022 Bruised stone fruitUP UP's Dark Sea Salt is a single origin dark chocolate (around 50% cocoa) made from fine flavour Colombian cacao and finished with a light scatter of sea salt. Expect sea salt up front giving way to well defined dark chocolate notes reminiscent of toasted hazelnuts, with a soft, rounded sweet and savoury finish. The cacao is sourced from a SlaveFreeTrade certified farm and the bar is vegan; it is crafted in Scotland.
