Domaine Dubost Brouilly "Cuvee Pierreux" White Wine it is Sauvignon in itsA vibrant, granite grown Brouilly from fourth generation vigneron Jean Paul Dubost, whose Beaujolais estate (est. 1902) is farmed organically with minimal intervention, low sulphur winemaking. The Pierreux lieu dit, named for its stony soils, gives a wine of penetrating fruit and near saline mineral drive. Light bodied, fresh and food friendly.
