The Matsui 'Peated' Japanese Whisky Blanco/Silver six-year old Wild Turkey BourbonThe Matsui is a line of single malts whiskies produced by the Matsui Kurayoshi distillery, first founded in 1910. The distillery has access to fresh spring water from the Tottori prefecture wilderness, which serves as the base for all spirit production. The Peated expression is distilled from peated barley and produced in a manner similar to that used for Islay style Scotch. It is matured in ex Bourbon casks and is presented without chill filtration
