We tried charging the batteries but the camera still did not seem to power on. Cosmetically there are general signs of age and use. The foam over the microphone is missing. There are marks and scratches and it would benefit from cleaning. Comes with two batteries, adapter, and av cable. Comes with hard case which measures approximately 18 x 12 x 6 1 2 inches.
