brown tassel n velvet dress skirt no tags or anything sobeautiful well loved piece. gorgeous warm brown rayon with velvety sections, embroidered sections, and little pom pom trims. the ones around the sleeves are not in great shape and there are a couple of holes in the seams. no size listed on the tag but fits like a large. waist is 32 inches. shoulder width is 19 inches. torso length is 17 inches. sleeves 24 inches. length 49 inches.
