The full flouncy skirt has pockets for the win and short mini length (likely hemmed by a previous owner, our guess is that this was a midi length originally). No label, well made, circa 1980s with newer hem job. Size M L (see measurements) 100% Cotton, light & crisp Unlined, opaque Zipper closure in back
