Drift Distillery Single Barrel Wheat Whiskey 750mL Piedmontese Intramuscular fat percentage of 20-29%INFO This whiskey is made from Hard Red Winter Wheat grown on our parents farm in Kansas. We age it a minimum of 2 years in 53 gallon barrels and do not blend so that each barrel imparts it's own unique flavor characteristics to each batch. This whiskey has hits of peppery bite up front with a sweet vanilla finish and a fading after taste of cinnamon.
