Bulles d'Argile Brut Nature coup-de-coeur The palateThis wine is produced from the noble grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, blended with fresh Chenin Blanc juice. Organically grown on high altitude clay limestone soils in the Upper Aude Valley, it guarantees uncompromising quality. Hand harvested to preserve the integrity of the grapes, it benefits from meticulous vinification without sulfites, aging in 10 year old demi muids (600 liter barrels) to impart richness and depth, before bottle aging
