Confiança 2017 Burgenland Poulsard – or Ploussard –A plot of old vines of Grenache gris, on the terroir of granite arenas. 3 day maceration with skin, fermentation in terracotta amphora (40%) and stainless steel vat, then levage on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Marked with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits and a fine oxidative nuance, intense and deep juice, with a creamy and fresh mouthfeel structured by minerality.
