A rich wine with well integrated tannins. Serving temperature : 16 Grape varieties : Syrah, Grenache and Carignan Winemaking : Vinification takes place in vats, with extractions by punch downs and pump overs during the four weeks of maceration. Aging occurs first in concrete vats and then in stainless steel vats for 16 months.
