Valentia 2019 Emilia il signe des cuvées souvent60 year old Carignan Blanc vines growing in granitic sand, four day maceration with the skins, elevage in stainless steel tanks and chestnut barrels. The affirmation of a terroir's identity through a characteristic, though now uncommon, varietal. A rarity by virtue of the grape varietal, this is a white with great aromatic complexity floral, fruity, spicy notes and a wonderful minerality which heighten the unique character of this cuve.
