As far as moves go I would use Dragon Wave more often than Giant Tale just because of the 100% hit factor of the move and by using Dragon Wave twice which will take 4 energy cards total it will do 20 more hp damage than just using Giant Tale once, which takes the same amount of energy
Its PSA 10 count is low enough to make it a worthwhile pickup, especially given its relative affordability
Though this didn't work, it was an important part of my process to solving this problem, and I felt that it warranted inclusion for that reason
