Each player draws a card at the start of their turn, then can perform any of the following actions: attach an Energy Card (once per turn), play Basic Pokmon, play Evolution Pokmon over their associated Basic Pokmon (as long as that Pokmon was not played in the same turn), spend Energy Cards from a Pokmon in the Active Zone as a Retreat Cost, play Trainer Cards, and use any Pokmon Powers
